Shortly after you place an order which includes a frame and lenses, you'll receive an email from us requesting an image of your prescription.
You send us your prescription.
We check that your chosen lens options are suitable for your frame and lenses.
If not then we will contact you to offer advice as to our recommended lens options.
Once we're sure that combination of frame and lenses are a good fit for you and your eyes, we'll begin processing your order.
We ship your order to you and you receive your amazing new eyewear! 🎉🎉🎉
We only sell authentic products and we are an authorised retailer of all brands apperaring on our website.
For returns of non-sale* items within the UK we offer a free returns service via Collect+.
We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the day you receive your order.
We're happy to refund any frames/sunglasses you are not 100% happy with providing we receive them unused, as new, within this 14-day period.
You will be credited via your original method of payment and notified via email when this process is complete.

To make a return on a non-UK order (i.e. an order shipped to an address outside of the UK, please refer to the International Returns info below)
* A sale item is a product with a "slashed" price i.e. a discounted price. The slashed price is visible on the product page of the website.
For sale items, UK customers must pay for a tracked returns service which is insured for the value of at least £200 e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery.
We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the day of purchase on non-bespoke sunglass orders only.
Prescription eyewear is classed as a bespoke item and will have been modified to fit your face shape and/or prescription, so we don't usually accept returns on prescription eyewear.
We're happy to refund any non-prescription sunglasses you are not 100% happy with, providing we receive them unused, as new, within this 14-day period, with the non-usage tag still attached.

It is important that a tracked service is used, or if your return gets lost you won't be covered.
